Livarya, a DBA of Joshu.AI, LLC ("Livarya," "we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through livarya.ai and how we use it.
Contact information you provide: When you email us to book a session or workshop, or complete an intake form, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email, company/role, and details about your goals for the engagement.
Automatically collected information: Our website is hosted on Netlify and may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver consulting engagements, and prepare for sessions. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use client information to train AI models (see our AI Ethics and Transparency Policy for more on how we use AI tools in our work).
We use Google Workspace for email and scheduling, and Wave for accounting. These providers may process your information as part of delivering their services to us, subject to their own privacy policies.
We retain client information for as long as necessary to deliver services and meet our own business and legal recordkeeping obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting joshua@livarya.ai.
